Norbert OROSZ
I am a mechanical engineer with over 18 years of experience in Quality, Maintenance, Project Management, and Metrology across the chemical, oil, and automotive industries. I have successfully led projects such as new factory and production line setups, and the creation of a multi-site measurement lab. With strong analytical skills, a practical mindset, and solid knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, and material testing (DT & NDT), I manage both domestic and international projects efficiently, ensuring clear communication with suppliers and customers.

Establishment of ADIENT Central Metrology Laboratory
My responsibility was to establish a modern metrology laboratory designed to serve multiple production plants. The lab was equipped with state-of-the-art technologies including Zeiss and Wenzel CMMs, GOM optical measurement systems, and managed over 5,000 measuring devices through a dedicated gauge management system.
I was also responsible for the supervision of on-line measurement stations and in-line inspection equipment, ensuring full compliance with key automotive standards, such as VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949:2016.
Our key customers included BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
In addition, I led site-wide metrology training programs for all employees involved in any type of measurement activities.
